The student must fulfill the requirements for the History Minor as outlined in the Undergraduate Bulletin. To have a minor in history a student must have 5 history courses.

  1. A maximum of two of these five courses may be below 200.
  2. A student must do straight “C” level work or better in at least four of the five courses.
  3. Three of the five courses must be taken at UNC–CH or in a program sponsored by UNC–CH.

No more than one course (3 hours) of College Board Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate credit may count toward the minor.
