Thanks to everyone who joined for the 2023 UNC-KCL Graduate Student Workshop! Our panelists learned so much from their peers and faculty participants and we were thrilled to host our friends from King’s College London here in Chapel Hill!

Original Post

Please join us for any or all of the panels we will be hosting for this year’s UNC-KCL workshop! This year, we are pleased to present four panels featuring 8 amazing graduate students from an array of fields, subjects, time periods, and geographical areas. We welcome grad students and faculty in our department to engage with the presenters’ work. Additionally, this year, we are also pleased to present a research roundtable with three additional grad students from UNC, who will be presenting lightning-round versions of their research with a focus on their successes and obstacles in translating their work to public audiences. We hope this will encourage robust conversation from all in attendance.

See further details of the event on the attached poster. The workshop will be held in Pauli Murray Room 569.
