Research Interests: My dissertation is on the evolving relationship between the Liberation News
Service--widely recognized as the Associated Press of the New Left underground media--and
the counterculture between 1967 and 1981. In particular, I focus on the evolution of
political and ideological values in order to understand the relationship between
political and cultural radicalism in the post-1960s United States.
